Terms of Service

Financify Thyself · Last updated August 20, 2026

My plain-English promise: there are no traps in this fine print. These terms exist so you know exactly what you are buying, what I owe you, and what I will never do. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you apply — I answer personally.

1. Who I Am and What These Terms Cover

Financify Thyself is operated by Eshchar Givoni ("I", "me"), providing Google Ads campaign management for real estate developers, with a focus on the US East Coast and Central US. By applying for or purchasing my services, you ("the client") agree to these terms.

2. Application & Acceptance

Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance. I review every application personally, and I work with a maximum of 20 clients at a time so each one gets real attention. If I decline your application — for fit, capacity, or market reasons — I'll tell you plainly, not leave you guessing.

3. The Services

I offer two engagements, and only two:

  • Trial Campaign — $497, one-time, two weeks. I build and manage a live Google Ads search campaign for your business for 14 days, so you can judge my work on real data.
  • Monthly Management — $1,997 per month. Ongoing campaign management: keyword and negative-keyword refinement, ad copy testing, bid and budget optimization, conversion tracking, and honest reporting you can actually read.

Both engagements include direct communication with me — not an account manager, not a call center. Me.

4. Ad Spend and Payment

I never hold, receive, or handle your advertising budget. Your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google, inside your own Google Ads account. My management fee is separate and pays only for my work. Management fees are due before the start of each service period. If a payment fails, I will tell you and pause work until it is resolved — nothing is ever cancelled silently.

5. What I Never Promise

I do not guarantee specific results — not a number of leads, not a cost per lead, not a revenue figure. Anyone who guarantees those things is lying to you. Results depend on your market, competition, budget, website quality, seasonality, and factors neither of us controls. What I do promise: diligent, professional management, complete transparency, and honest reporting — including when the news is bad.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, grant the account access needed to do the work, maintain a working website and a phone that gets answered during business hours, and ensure your business and its claims are lawful. I build the traffic; you answer the calls.

7. Your Account Belongs to You

Your Google Ads account, and everything I build inside it — campaigns, keywords, ad copy, conversion setup — belongs to you. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it, with full access. I will never hold your own account hostage.

8. Trial Terms and Refunds

The $497 trial fee covers real management work that begins immediately. If you cancel before I have started building your campaign, I refund you in full, no questions asked. Once your campaign is live, the trial fee is non-refundable, because the work it pays for has been performed. The trial creates no obligation to continue — when it ends, the decision is entirely yours.

9. Monthly Management and Cancellation

Monthly management runs month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts, no lock-ins, and no cancellation fees. You may cancel with written notice (email is fine) before your next billing date, and service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. I may end the engagement on the same terms, and if I ever do, any whole unused months you have prepaid are refunded.

10. Confidentiality and Your Data

I do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose client information to anyone, ever, without your permission — the only exceptions being the tools required to deliver the service (such as Google's own platforms) and anything the law compels. Your business data, performance numbers, and strategy stay between us. Full details live in my Privacy Policy.

11. Work I Decline

I reserve the right to decline or end service for businesses engaged in unlawful activity, deceptive practices, or conduct that is abusive toward me. My name goes on my work, and I keep it clean.

12. You Stand Behind Your Own Business

I build and manage the ads. I don't write your property claims, your pricing, or your legal disclosures — that's your business, and you're responsible for it being accurate and lawful. If a third party brings a claim against me arising from your business, your ad content, or your product, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it. I'll never knowingly run something false or misleading on your behalf — but I'm not the one who can verify every fact about your development.

13. When Things Are Genuinely Out of Anyone's Hands

Neither of us is responsible for delays or disruptions caused by things truly outside our control — Google outages or policy changes, natural disasters, war, or regional security situations. I'm based in Israel, and I'm not going to pretend that's a hypothetical for me. If something like that disrupts my ability to work, I'll tell you as soon as I know, and we'll figure out the fair way to handle it — a pause, a refund for unused time, whatever's honest given what actually happened.

14. Limits of Liability

I carry out my work with professional care. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to my services is limited to the management fees you paid me in the three months before the claim arose. I am not liable for indirect losses, or for actions taken by Google — including policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, or platform outages — which are outside my control.

15. Changes to These Terms

If I update these terms, the date at the top changes and material updates are communicated to active clients directly. Continued use of the services after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, where Financify Thyself is based, without affecting any consumer rights you hold in your own jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement comes up, we talk directly first — in good faith, before anything else. If that doesn't resolve it, disputes are handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Israel, consistent with the governing law above.

18. A Few Standard Legal Basics

This document is the whole agreement between us on these terms — nothing verbal overrides it. If one part of it is ever found unenforceable, the rest still stands. I take these plainly, not as a loophole hunt.
